The organisers have negotiated special prices at the conference venue. We encourage you to book as soon as possible as these will sell out due to Coldplay being in town! Accommodation can be booked during the registration process.

Terms & Conditions

  • Rates are per room per night and include 15% GST (goods and services tax).
  • Accommodation cancellations within 45 days of the NZSE Conference 2024 are subject to a cancellation fee based on individual hotel policies.
  • Credit card details are required at the time of booking as a guarantee only, your card will not be charged. All accommodation charges must be settled directly with the Hotel prior to departure. No invoice will be issued.
  • In case of your non arrival or late cancellation, the hotel will be given access to your card details to charge the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • If you wish to charge back your accommodation this can be done at check-out if your organisation has made an arrangement directly with the hotel concerned. If a charge back has been arranged, please notify Leanne at Conference Innovators.
  • If when booking your hotel, the online system indicates it is full please email Leanne with your preferred hotel and dates and she will be able to assist you. The hotel may not be full, your dates may fall outside the dates held by the organisers.
